Job description
Prolink is seeking an Occupational Therapist to develop rehabilitation plans that improve daily living skills for patients in inpatient rehab or home health. The role addresses physical, cognitive, and psychosocial barriers to help patients regain independence.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in occupational therapy, patient care, and experience documenting progress in EHR systems such as Epic, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and adhering to infection control protocols
