Job description
Recover-Care is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic interventions for residents in our skilled nursing facility. You will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and help them achieve maximum independence within their capabilities.
Responsibilities include documenting patient progress, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, instructing families, and designing home programs.
