Job description
Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to assess patients, interpret referrals, and establish a plan of care to improve daily living activities.
You will design and implement individualized treatments, fabricate assistive devices, monitor outcomes, and participate in discharge planning, documentation, and collaboration with physicians and care teams.
