Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In our inpatient rehabilitation setting, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver patient-centered therapy to maximize independence in daily living. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, PTs, and speech therapists to coordinate holistic care. Document progress, educate patients and families, and ensure regulatory compliance.
