Job description
University Hospitals Pain Management in Westlake, OH seeks an Occupational Therapist to assess patients, develop and adjust rehabilitation plans, and coordinate care across the treatment continuum. You will educate patients and families, participate in discharge planning, document care, and ensure PHI security in compliance with UH policies.
