Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation Services

Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance daily living and work skills.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on treatment goals and progress.
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current Nebraska state licensure.
Preferred experience in a rehabilitation setting.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
