Implement interventions in various settings

Participate in discharge planning and transitional care coordination

Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

NJ Occupational Therapy Licensure

Job details: Pay: $1,969.34 - $2,030.25 / week

Location: Stafford Township, NJ

Assignment Length: 13

Shift: Day 5x8 - up to 40.00 hours per week

Setting: Rehabilitation Center

Workplace: On-site
