Job description
Sweetwater Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist to design and implement treatment plans for patients recovering from illness or injury. You will collaborate with physicians and care teams, supervise assistants, and document progress and outcomes in the patient record.
You will develop individualized therapies, educate patients and families, and provide discharge summaries per regulations. Active licensure is required, and adherence to policies is essential.
