Job description
Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation in our inpatient setting. You will assess functional abilities, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions that promote independence in activities of daily living. Working in a nurturing, dynamic environment, you will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, support discharge planning, educate patients and families, and enjoy meaningful impact along with opportunities for professional growth.
