Job description
Renewal Rehab seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in skilled nursing and post-acute settings serving primarily seniors. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve independence in daily activities, mobility, and safety. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate families and caregivers, maintain accurate documentation, and benefit from strong clinical mentorship, continuing education, and clear paths for professional growth in a supportive, mission-driven culture.
