QualificationsGraduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program .
Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of practice.
Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting preferred.
Strong communication, clinical, and documentation skills.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
