Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In our inpatient rehab setting, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver patient-centered therapy to improve safety, independence, and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment, and document progress in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
