Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, School OT-WI References: 1 Reference in entire work history Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license in Wisconsin Pupil Services License - or have applied for the license
Preferred Qualifications
