Description
American Traveler is hiring a school-based Occupational Therapist for pediatric clients across multiple school sites in the Redding, CA area, open to new graduates.
Details
School-based assignment serving pediatric, school-aged clients across multiple school sites in Trinity and Shasta counties
Based out of a Redding office with mileage and travel time reimbursed
Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm (8-hour shifts)
40 hours per week
Assignment expected to run through the school year
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Current California Occupational Therapy license required (pending license accepted); license required if applicable
Valid Driver's License required
BLS certification required
NBCOT certification preferred
New graduates accepted, no prior experience required
Experience with pediatric populations including autism, cerebral palsy, and sensory integration preferred
Additional Information
Responsibilities include schedule planning, evaluation, and treatment program design and implementation
Travel between multiple school sites required
Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
Time off requests must be finalized prior to submission
