Qualifications & Experience:
Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license.

Organizational skills for managing caseloads, documentation, and progress reports.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide direct therapy.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve therapy goals.
Facilitate group or individual sessions focused on improving students' fine motor, sensory, and functional abilities.
Keep detailed records, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to best practices and school policies.
Help promote an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
