Job description
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working full-time as an in-person Occupational Therapist serving an elementary school caseload. This position offers the chance to make a measurable difference in the lives of students while collaborating with supportive teams located in the Arlington and Marysville areas. The assignment begins as soon as possible and extends through June 11, 2027-bringing both stability and the chance to work closely with young learners over several school years.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license issued by the state
Previous experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
Skill in providing individualized interventions and supporting students' IEP goals
Strong communication abilities for interacting with staff, parents, and students
Adaptability and collaborative spirit within an educational environment
Role Responsibilities: Deliver direct OT services to elementary-aged students in-person
Assess, document, and track student progress as part of IEP teams
Support teachers and staff with strategies to foster student independence
Conduct evaluations and contribute to the development of OT intervention plans
Participate in meetings related to student support and progress monitoring
Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation
