Job description

Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Indiana, or eligibility to obtain
Prior experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
Strong communication and collaborative skills for working with students, parents, and educational staff
Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
Passion for working with children and helping them develop essential life skills
Responsibilities: Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
Evaluate student needs using standardized assessments and observations
Develop personalized treatment plans and goals for students
Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district requirements
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on student progress and recommendations
Adapt interventions based on student progress and changing needs
