Job description

Desired Skills and Experience:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with eligibility to practice in Idaho.
Previous experience providing occupational therapy in a school setting preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to partner effectively with teachers, families, and school staff.
Ability to design and implement individualized intervention strategies tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
Organized, adaptable, and compassionate, with a genuine passion for making a lasting impact on student growth.
Key Responsibilities: Assess students' functional abilities to determine needs and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals.
Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students as outlined in IEPs.
Collaborate with educational teams to adapt classroom environments and materials for accessibility and participation.
Maintain thorough and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes.
Educate and support school personnel and families on strategies that encourage greater student independence.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to design the best interventions for student success.
