Job description

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Current Occupational Therapy license in Wyoming (or willingness to obtain)
Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Prior experience in pediatric or school settings preferred
Effective communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators
Strong ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Dedication to cultural competency and inclusiveness in all student interactions
Key Responsibilities: Assess students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in groups
Consult with teachers and staff to support classroom strategies
Document progress and participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to student plans
Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to reinforce development at home
Stay current with best practices in occupational therapy and educational regulations
