Job description

Key Qualifications:
Current OT licensure or eligibility in Tennessee
Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
Ability to assess, plan, and implement appropriate therapy interventions
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations to determine students' needs related to fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams
Monitor students' progress, document outcomes, and adjust therapy as needed
Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and input for students' goals
Educate staff and families on strategies to support student independence within the classroom and school routines
