Job description

Ideal candidates will bring:
Active Occupational Therapy licensure in Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)
Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
Strong understanding of IEP processes and school-based documentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and staff
Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Strong time management and adaptability within a fast-paced environment
What you'll do: Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students, supporting diverse learning needs
Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help students achieve educational goals and improve daily functioning
Work collaboratively with teachers, special educators, and administration to ensure effective interventions
Engage in IEP meetings, contribute to student progress reporting, and maintain accurate and timely documentation
Offer consultative support to educational staff and families on strategies to enhance participation and skill development
Stay current with best practices and actively participate in ongoing professional development
