Job description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Valid OT license to practice in California
Previous experience providing OT services in school settings preferred
Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt strategies for students with varying abilities and backgrounds
Role Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' needs related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to educational goals
Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations with multidisciplinary teams
Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate OT goals into classroom routines
Monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions as needed for maximum student benefit
Provide consultative support and training for school staff on best practices
