Job description

Key Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
Previous experience in schools or pediatric therapy settings preferred
Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families
Knowledge of IEP processes, goal setting, and documentation in educational environments
Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse learning and physical needs
Passion for fostering positive student outcomes and empowering learners
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify students' occupational therapy needs within the educational setting
Develop and implement tailored therapy plans that support IEP goals and classroom participation
Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students in individual and group formats
Document services, progress, and maintain accurate records in compliance with school requirements
Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and parents to integrate therapeutic strategies
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning and student support
