Job description

In this role, you'll collaborate with dedicated staff members to deliver exceptional occupational therapy services to students, aiding them in their educational journey and promoting independence in the school environment.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
Previous experience providing OT services in a school setting preferred
Strong understanding of IEP processes, goal setting, and data collection
Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
Adaptability and initiative in fostering inclusive educational experiences
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and strengths
Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services onsite
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment programs to support educational participation
Contribute to IEP meetings and documentation as required
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
Maintain thorough records in compliance with school and legal standards
