Job description
Step into a full-time contract opportunity supporting students as a skilled Occupational Therapist for the school year! This assignment, located in the vibrant area near Newark, DE, offers the chance to impact young lives in both traditional school and home health settings.

Qualifications:
Active, valid Occupational Therapist license in Delaware (or eligibility to obtain)
Previous experience delivering OT services in school, home health, or pediatric healthcare environments
Familiarity with IEP processes, progress reporting, and multidisciplinary collaboration
Excellent communication and organization skills
Adaptable approach, comfortable working with diverse student needs
Ready to commit full-time for the 26/27 school year
Responsibilities: Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized therapy plans for students
Deliver direct and consultative OT services in school and home settings as needed
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support student progress toward functional, academic, and developmental goals
Maintain thorough documentation to ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
Participate actively in IEP meetings and provide training or resources for educational staff
Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
