Job description
Discover a fulfilling contract opportunity for an Occupational Therapist in a supportive educational environment near Tumacacori, AZ. Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Valid state OT licensure.
Experience in school-based settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities: Provide individualized and group occupational therapy interventions to students across multiple campuses.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress in alignment with educational goals.
Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and family members to integrate therapeutic strategies within the academic setting.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services, assessments, and student progress.
Offer training and resources to staff and caregivers to support students' functional independence and participation.
