Job description
Step into an impactful, part-time Occupational Therapist contract role supporting middle and high school students. As an OT, you'll empower students to develop essential life and learning skills, collaborating with educators and families to ensure every student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals are met. Key Qualifications:
Current, active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state
Previous experience working with middle and high school populations is highly valued
Proven ability to independently manage evaluations, develop IEP goals, and deliver direct therapy interventions
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within school teams and documentation
What You'll Do: Perform individualized student evaluations to identify needs and strengths
Develop and implement targeted, student-centered IEP goals
Provide direct therapy services and consultative support to educators and families
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records in line with district policies
Collaborate with school teams to integrate occupational therapy strategies into daily routines
