Job description

Highlights of the role:
Provide direct occupational therapy services to PreK students, ensuring individualized support tailored to developmental needs
Develop, implement, and monitor student-specific treatment plans and IEP goals
Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create inclusive learning environments
Conduct assessments, write clear documentation, and report on progress regularly
Offer guidance to staff and families on ways to reinforce therapy techniques in educational routines
Preferred background: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current OT license valid in California
Prior experience working in a school-based setting, particularly with preschool-age children
Familiarity with early intervention strategies and IEP process
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Adaptable, patient, and creative approach to therapy delivery
