Occupational Therapist School Setting - Pacoima, CA
Make a difference supporting students in a dynamic educational setting as an Occupational Therapist. This full-time, onsite position caters to a diverse K-12 caseload, providing an opportunity to collaborate with educators and impact students growth and independence. As part of a contract role, you’ll work within school hours, gaining valuable experience while making a tangible difference.
Ideal candidates bring professional experience in schools and hold an active California SLP license. If you have a passion for supporting student success and a desire to work in a collaborative educational environment, this is an excellent opportunity.
Key Qualifications:
Active California SLP license
Previous experience providing Occupational Therapy in school settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a K-12 caseload effectively
Commitment to professional excellence and compassionate care
Role Responsibilities:
Provide onsite OT services to students across grade levels
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Document student progress and update goals as needed
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student educational plans
Offer consultation and resources to school staff for supporting students occupational needs

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.00 to $70.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
