Job description
Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students' growth as a school-based Occupational Therapist in a contract role located near Ridgefield, WA. Preferred Qualifications:
Active Washington Occupational Therapist license
ESA certification required
Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience is a plus
Adaptable, collaborative, and strong communicator with both students and staff
Comfortable working across multiple school sites if needed
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy services to students based on IEP goals
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to develop effective intervention strategies
Support implementation of accommodations and modifications in the classroom setting
Monitor and document student progress and communicate results with IEP teams
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
Engage in ongoing professional development and training
