Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in California
Prior experience working in a school setting is strongly preferred
Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational staff
Excellent organizational skills and time management
Comfort with a diverse caseload that may include students with a range of needs
Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate students to determine strengths and areas for improvement
Develop and execute targeted intervention plans to address fine motor, sensory, and functional life skills
Work closely with teachers, aides, and support staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment
Monitor student progress, document treatment, and update goals as needed
Participate in IEP meetings and provide clear recommendations
Offer guidance and training for staff and family members supporting students' therapy needs
