Job description

Ideal qualifications and desired experience:
Current Occupational Therapy license for Utah, or eligibility to obtain
Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, parents, and support staff
Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload and document progress
Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment
Key responsibilities in this role include: Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for students with varying needs
Delivering direct and indirect therapy services within the school setting
Collaborating with teachers and other educational professionals to promote student success
Participating in IEP meetings to provide insights on student goals and progress
Maintaining accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
Providing consultation and resources to staff and families as needed
