Key Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state of Ohio
Experience working in a school-based environment strongly preferred
Knowledge of therapeutic interventions for students from diverse backgrounds
Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and ancillary staff
Strong documentation and organizational abilities
Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach
Your Responsibilities Will Include: Conducting assessments and providing direct therapy to students according to IEP goals
Creating engaging, evidence-based intervention plans tailored to students' needs
Consulting with teachers and staff to support student achievement across the curriculum
Maintaining thorough and timely records of evaluations, progress, and outcomes
Participating in team meetings to develop strategies and modifications for student success
Guiding families on resources and strategies to support student growth
