Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: Leonardtown, MD
Setting: School
Pay Range: $41.00 - $49.29 hourly
Schedule: 37.5 hours / week (Full Time or Part Time Options)
Contract Length: School Year
Candidate Type: Local or Travel
Preferred: 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred but not required. New grads welcome to apply!
Requirements: Valid Occupational Therapist license. Be willing to obtain state licensure.
Responsibilities:
Provide essential support and specialized care to students in educational settings.
Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and families to ensure students receive services tailored to their individual needs.
Provide assessment and treatment for students with various communication disorders.
Support students with diverse needs, including sensory processing and motor skill development.
Maintain compliance with school-based therapy protocols and documentation requirements.
