Overview
The Occupational Therapist is responsible and accountable for residents' evaluation, ongoing assessment, planning, and implementation of therapy interventions.
Responsibilities
Develops and revises plan of care based on the residents' needs and establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plan. Plans for residents' discharge and anticipates for long term and/or short term residents' needs. Educates other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents.
Qualifications
Qualifications Required
Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, in good standing. Bachelor's degree.

Additional Information
Hours are 7:30 AM-4:00 PM. This is an on-call position requiring one Saturday or Sunday shift every four weeks, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts Monday-Friday.
