Job description
Creekside Healthcare Center in California is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate and treat residents with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions, following a defined plan of care. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered therapy.
The role includes administering assessments of strength, ROM, and functional performance, and using adaptive tools to meet individual needs while safeguarding patient confidentiality.
