nCynergy Rehab Group is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with students, educators, and families to help children develop the skills needed to access their educational environment and achieve greater independence throughout their school day.
nWhether you are an experienced school-based therapist or looking to transition into pediatrics, you'll be supported by a collaborative team committed to clinical excellence and student success.
nWhat You'll Do
nAs a School-Based Occupational Therapist, you will:
nnEvaluate students with a variety of developmental, neurological, orthopedic, sensory, and physical challenges.
nDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans that support students' educational goals.
nProvide direct and consultative occupational therapy services within the school environment.
nCollaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student participation and success.
nParticipate in multidisciplinary team meetings, evaluations, and IEP development.
nRecommend adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, and classroom strategies to improve student access and independence.
nMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements.
nSupport students in developing fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-help, and functional school participation skills.

nnGraduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
nCurrent Arkansas Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
