JobResponsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients withphysical, cognitive, and functional limitations in a SkilledNursing Facility setting
Develop and implementindividualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Trainpatients in activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing,bathing, and feeding
Recommend adaptive equipment andenvironmental modifications to improve independence
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans asneeded
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation ofpatient care and outcomes
Requirements
Active state license as an Occupational Therapist inCalifornia
Current BLS/CPR certification
Minimum of 1year of recent OT experience preferred, ideally in a SNF orgeriatric setting
Strong problem-solving and patient careskills
Ability to work collaboratively within amultidisciplinary team
