Job description
Sigma Health Rehab in Canandaigua, NY is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and support independence through meaningful daily activities.
Requirements include completing an accredited OT program and current New York State OT license. New graduates are encouraged to apply, with experience in geriatric care preferred.
