Job description
Evolve Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Franklin, MN. This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and tuition reimbursement, with Part Time and PRN options available.
The OT will plan, organize, and direct therapy services in the facility per federal and state standards, ensuring high-quality resident care and accurate documentation and billing. Active OT licensure and ongoing professional development are required.
