Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our team in a SNF setting. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop plans of care, set measurable goals, and maintain detailed progress notes.
You will also educate patients and families, collaborate with facility staff, and supervise OT Assistants to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes.
