Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in a skilled nursing facility setting. You will evaluate and treat patients following individualized plans of care, with focus on functional goals and measurable progress.
Responsibilities include documenting evaluations and progress notes, collaborating with facility staff, and supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants while delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional service to patients and families.
