Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in a SNF setting. You will evaluate and treat patients according to individualized plans of care.
The role involves developing care plans, setting measurable goals, documenting progress, and collaborating with facility staff to deliver high-quality patient care. Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants and communicating with patients and families are also part of the position.
