Job description
Cambridge Health Alliance seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care across our community-based, academic health system. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, design and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve daily living and work skills, and support safe discharge and community reintegration. You will collaborate closely with primary care, behavioral health, and specialty teams, serve diverse and underserved populations, contribute to teaching and quality improvement, and advance CHA’s mission of health equity and community well-being.
