What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll not only address symptoms; you'll support the restoration of routines, reinvigorate confidence, and encourage the joy found in everyday living. From guiding individuals recovering from strokes with fine motor rehab to assisting orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, your expertise will be pivotal in delivering personalized care that nurtures resilience and independence.

This is a place where shortcuts do not exist; every patient's journey is a story, and each session contributes to their narrative of recovery. You'll collaborate intimately with a collective of therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to draft rehabilitation plans as unique as the individuals they serve.

Why You'll Adore Your Team and the City You'll Call Home

The culture we've cultivated here is one to be cherished. Our rehab team doesn't merely clock hours — we support one another, share insights, and truly celebrate successes, whether big or small. Who We're Seeking

We are on the hunt for someone who views occupational therapy as more than a career—it's a vocation. A person who beams when a patient regains their ability to grasp an object, walks with newfound confidence, or shares a thought they had been unable to articulate before.

Whether you are an established OTR/L or a promising recent graduate, you'll find fulfillment if you bring dedication, energy, and a sense of service to your profession. If the idea of weaving high-quality care into a fulfilling lifestyle resonates with you, then this is your next chapter.
