Your Impact in This Role

In this pivotal position, you will transcend routine symptom management—you'll help restore cherished habits, rekindle self-confidence, and bring joy back into everyday activities. From guiding stroke survivors through fine motor rehabilitation to assisting orthopedic patients in regaining mobility after procedures, your expertise will facilitate person-centered care that nurtures resilience and fosters independence.

This is not a place for quick fixes or generic checklists. It's a vibrant environment where every patient has a unique story and each therapeutic session contributes to their narrative of recovery. You'll partner with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to co-create rehabilitation strategies that reflect the individuality of those you serve.

Why You'll Adore Our Team and the City That Inspires You

We've established something extraordinary within our ranks. Our rehabilitation team is characterized by mutual support and cheer, as we encourage one another, share insights, and celebrate triumphs—both large and small. You will find a workplace where your opinions are valued, personal development is prioritized, and the effects of your work are evident daily.

And let's not forget the backdrop of your new adventure: Nashville, a city that buzzes with creativity, music, and culinary delights. Forget the monotony of high-rises—here, you're surrounded by a lively blend of rolling hills, a flourishing arts scene, vibrant neighborhoods, and culinary fusions that emphasize both comfort food and innovative cuisine. Engaging in local events, exploring music venues, or strolling through eclectic neighborhoods, you'll embrace a lifestyle where art and connection flourish.

Who We're Eager to Welcome

We're seeking an individual who views occupational therapy as not merely a profession but a noble calling. You'll find fulfillment when a patient regains functionality, moves with less assistance, or shares newfound words they struggled to express.

Whether you're an established OTR/L or an enthusiastic newcomer ready to make an impact, you'll thrive here with your heart, hustle, and humility guiding your work. If you're excited about blending top-notch care with an exceptional lifestyle, you're in the right place.

Join Us in Crafting Meaningful Change

This is your call to join a mission that transcends a mere job title. Here, your contributions will help shape futures, energize recoveries, and bring back what's been missing. And you'll do this in a locale renowned for its perfect blend of ambition and tranquility.

If you're prepared to grow, give back, and immerse yourself in a community that values care, we can't wait to meet you.
