Your Role in the Team

In this role, you will do far more than address medical conditions; you'll be instrumental in helping patients re-establish routines, regain confidence, and rediscover joy in everyday activities. From guiding stroke survivors in fine motor restoration to empowering orthopedic patients in post-surgery mobility, your expertise will be pivotal in delivering person-centric care that nurtures resilience and independence.

This position values a comprehensive approach - it's not just about checklists. You'll approach each patient's journey as a unique narrative, contributing thoughtfully to rehabilitation strategies that recognize the individual behind the condition.

Why You'll Adore the Team — and the Community

Our rehab team creates a culture unlike any other. Here, we support one another beyond the call of duty—celebrating achievements, large and small, while sharing insights. You'll become a part of a workplace where your voice is valued, your professional growth is encouraged, and the impact of your work resonates each day.

Then there's the backdrop: San Antonio, a place that exceeds all expectations and rewards the adventurous soul. Exchange cityscape worries for charming river walks and blossoming parks, ideal for leisurely pursuits like kayaking and hiking. The area is rich with flavors and sounds; from mouthwatering food trucks serving Texas barbecue to hip eateries offering culinary creations from around the globe.

What makes San Antonio special is its vibrant arts scene, welcoming neighborhoods, and the kind of pace that allows for deep conversations and strolls through the wildflowers. It's a city that echoes the harmony of its diverse population and embodies the spirit of community.

Your Ideal Fit

We are in search of an individual who views occupational therapy as more than just a job, but as a noble vocation. If the light in your eyes shines when a patient makes progress—be it regaining mobility or reconnecting through conversation—this is the place for you.

Whether you are a seasoned OTR/L or a bright newcomer ready to dive into practice, you'll find fulfillment here if you bring heart, drive, and authenticity to the table. If the thought of combining high-quality care with an enriching lifestyle resonates with you, your destination awaits.

Join Us in Crafting Meaningful Change

Consider this your invitation to be part of a mission larger than a mere job title. Your contributions will shape lives, energize rehabilitation journeys, and restore what seemed lost, all set within a region steeped in balanced living.

If you're ready to thrive, give back, and anchor yourself in a community that truly cares—look no further, as we are waiting for you.
