What to Expect in This Role

In your role as an Occupational Therapist, you'll go beyond mere symptom management — you'll restore routines, bolster confidence, and revive the joy found in daily living. From directing rehabilitation for stroke survivors to guiding orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, your extensive knowledge will enable you to offer care that is centered on the individual, fostering resilience and independence.

This environment is not about checklists; it's about narratives. Each patient has their own unique story, and every therapy session represents a pivotal chapter in their recovery journey. You'll partner closely with fellow healthcare providers, physicians, nurses, and social workers to create rehabilitation experiences that are reflective of the distinctive needs and aspirations of the people you serve.

Your Ideal Candidate

We're in search of someone who perceives occupational therapy as more than a job; it's a passion-driven pursuit. Someone who finds excitement in witnessing a patient regain their hand function, grow more independent in mobility, or reveal a previously hidden story through your efforts.
