Your Role in Patient Recovery

In this position, you will do more than address symptoms — you will help individuals restore their routines, regain confidence, and rediscover joy in everyday living. From assisting stroke survivors with fine motor rehabilitation to guiding orthopedic patients back to mobility following surgery, your expertise will shine through as you deliver person-centered care that cultivates resilience and independence.

This environment is not about checklists or shortcuts — it's a space where each patient represents a unique narrative, with every therapy session serving as a significant chapter in their journey to recovery. You'll join forces with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to collaboratively design rehabilitation plans as distinctive as the patients they serve.

Why You'll Thrive with Us — and in Your New Home

We've cultivated a remarkable community here. Our rehab team is more than just colleagues — we're a family that encourages one another, shares insights, celebrates achievements (both large and small), and fosters an atmosphere that prioritizes your voice and personal growth while making a measurable impact every day.

And let's talk about the location: Tucson, Arizona, a breathtaking region that thrives beyond mere expectations. Gone are the concrete jungles; instead, embrace a landscape adorned with enchanting desert vistas, sprawling saguaros, and inspiring mountain ranges perfect for weekend explorations.

The local culture thrums with art, music, and mouthwatering cuisine. Food trucks offer culinary delights alongside bustling farmers' markets, while thriving neighborhoods brim with eclectic shops, galleries, and vibrant cafes. Although the area attracts a diverse mix of artists, adventurers, and professionals alike, it maintains a pace that encourages leisurely conversations and tranquil moments in the sun.

Who We're Seeking

We seek someone who views occupational therapy as a vocation, not just a job. A person who feels exhilarated when a patient regains function, walks with enhanced independence, or shares a once-muted story.

If you are an experienced OTR/L or a newly minted professional brimming with enthusiasm, you will flourish here if you approach your work with heart, commitment, and a sense of humility. If the prospect of merging high-quality patient care with a fulfilling lifestyle excites you — you've found your home.

Join Us in Creating a Lasting Impact

This is your invitation to be a vital part of something more profound than a title. Here, your efforts will shape destinies, fuel recoveries, and rekindle what has been lost. And you'll achieve this within a community celebrated for its blend of energy and serenity.

If you're ready to evolve, contribute, and immerse yourself in a region that genuinely cares — we can't wait to meet you.
