Your Role and Impact

In this position, you will go beyond simply treating symptoms—you will aid in restoring routines, reinforcing confidence, and reigniting joy in everyday experiences. Your role will include guiding stroke patients through fine motor rehabilitation and helping orthopedic patients recover mobility post-surgery, employing every bit of your expertise to provide holistic care that nurtures resilience and autonomy.

This is not merely a job — it is a calling. Each patient is a unique narrative, and every therapy session unfolds a significant chapter in their recovery journey. Collaborating closely with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers, you will design rehabilitation plans that reflect the distinct stories of the individuals you serve.

Why You Will Love the Team and the Vibrant Community

Here, we've cultivated something truly special. Our rehabilitation team understands the importance of supporting each other — we share knowledge, celebrate our collective victories, and uplift one another. This is a workplace where your contributions are acknowledged, your professional growth is prioritized, and you can witness the positive impact of your work every day.

Wichita itself is a gem waiting to be discovered. This city marries its alluring Midwestern charm with a buzzing cultural landscape that will captivate you. Here, you can wander through vast, beautiful parks, savor locally-sourced cuisine at delightful eateries, or immerse yourself in a vibrant arts scene that showcases everything from live performances to stunning galleries.

You'll find a welcoming community that balances the lively pace of city life with an abundance of opportunities for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. From scenic trails perfect for leisurely walks to local farmers' markets brimming with fresh produce, there is no shortage of ways to connect with both nature and fellow residents.

Your Ideal Fit

We are in search of a candidate who perceives occupational therapy as more than just a career; they view it as a vocation. We want someone who feels exhilaration when witnessing a patient reclaim their hand functionality, coordinating fewer steps while walking independently, or expressing thoughts they had long been unable to voice.

Whether you are an experienced OTR/L or an emerging professional fresh out of certification, you will thrive in our environment if you come equipped with compassion, determination, and humility. If the idea of integrating quality care with a high quality of life resonates with you, we believe you have found your place.

Join Us in Making a Difference

This is an invitation to be part of something far greater than a mere title. Your contributions will shape futures, fuel recoveries, and restore what was once lost in a spectacular region that offers balance between hard work and harmonious living.

So, if you're prepared to grow, contribute, and immerse yourself in a caring community, we are eager to welcome you aboard.
